Founder, KatrinaMorrisltd & Associates | Civil & Commercial Mediator | Conflict Resolution Specialist & Lumina Spark practitioner.

I’m deeply honoured to be recognised as one of just four case studies in the newly released Disability Finance Code for Entrepreneurship—a national publication driving inclusive finance, enterprise, and procurement reform across the UK.

Being featured is more than a personal milestone. It’s a clear signal that corporate supply chains are evolving—and that supplier diversity is no longer optional; it’s essential.

At KatrinaMorrisLtd & Associates and Mindset for Success Group, we are proudly Ready to Supply—bringing diverse leadership, innovation, and SME agility to corporate partnerships.

We are committed to reshaping the supply landscape with:

Solutions that speak to underserved markets.
A leadership & HR model rooted in lived experience and resilience

According to ACAS, workplace conflict costs UK businesses over £28.5 billion annually. By implementing professional business mediation services, organisations can prevent conflict, protect relationships, accelerate resolution, and significantly increase productivity—unlocking potential savings of £3–5 million per year, depending on business size and operational complexity.

Corporate partnerships thrive when they are built on authentic inclusion and strategic alignment. As a supplier, I don’t just bring services—I bring solutions, diverse representation, and results.

Thank you to the editorial board and HSBC  Rhian Longley , Jenny Appleby, Dr Yvonne Thompson, Cydnie Thompson, Shauna Roper Sheena Patel Sherece Rainford  for highlighting our work. We are ready to contribute to a stronger, more inclusive economic future.

Let’s build together.

Launch of Disability Finance Code for Entrepreneurship

The launch of the Disability Finance Code for Entrepreneurship with the first annual report to demonstrate what Code signatories are doing to support entrepreneurs with disabilities.

Today we published our first annual Disability Finance Code for Entrepreneurship report.

This report introduces the Code, capturing the best practices already in place among our key signatories but also highlighting several commitments being made to further widen opportunities for disabled entrepreneurs. These include building on existing work to assess and reevaluate how best to implement inclusive design principles, whilst offering tailored support to customers and employees, regardless of disability.

Our Managing Director of Commercial Finance, David Raw commented:

This report shines a much-needed spotlight on the critical work being done by financial services firms to unlock the full potential of a vital segment of our entrepreneurial community.

Aligned with the government’s plan for growth, we are committed to continuing to champion these efforts, working collaboratively to build a future where every entrepreneur, regardless of disability, can realise their ambitions and contribute fully to driving innovation and growing the UK’s economy.
